Notice to Village Residents:
Schedule Your Bulky Rubbish Pickup
BEFORE Placing Items at the Curb

Posted Thursday, May 1, 2008
To better serve our residents, we pick up bulky rubbish by appointment – all year long! Each resident is allowed two scheduled pickups per year. To arrange your pickup, simply call Village Hall. Please remember that some household items, such as televisions and computers are considered hazardous waste and cannot be picked-up. Ask Village staff if you have questions. Please remember that bulky rubbish should be placed at the curb NO MORE THAN 48 hours in advance. Placing items out too early is a code violation, and can result in a citation and/or a fine. Bulky rubbish consists of large household items that cannot be disposed of in regular weekly trash pick-ups. Hazardous waste cannot be accepted, such as computers, TVs, paint, chemicals, or oils. Up to 4 tires CAN be accepted, if they are kept separate from other debris. Construction or demolition debris IS NOT permitted.
