Town of Seneca Falls 2022 Reassessment Project Meeting

Seneca Falls, NY, 2022:  The Town of Seneca Falls has awarded the 2022 Reassessment Project contract to ENPM, Inc.

In an effort to keep property owners informed and to promote a clear understanding of the reevaluation process throughout the next 12 months, an informational meeting will be held.

The meeting will take place Wednesday, May 18th, 6:30 pm at the Seneca Falls Community Center, located at 35 Water Street, Seneca Falls, New York 13148.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person, a  video recording will be posted the following day on  the Town’s website:  https://senecafalls.com

Town Assessor announces Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll & Grievance Day

The Town of Seneca Falls Assessor’s office has completed the 2022 Tentative Assessment Roll and it is now available for viewing or examination through May 31, 2022 and on select dates by appointment with the Town Assessor.  The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 24 to hear and examine all complaints (in relation to assessment on the application), of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved.

  • LEAVES AND BRUSH MUST BE AT ROADSIDE BY END OF THE DAY SUNDAY.
  • ONLY ONE (1) TRUCKLOAD PER HOUSEHOLD. LEAVES MUST BE IN PAPER BAGS.
  • NO PLASTIC BAGS OR PILES ALONG THE STREET.
  • BRANCHES MUST BE NO LONGER THAN 4 FEET IN LENGTH, 12 INCHES IN DIAMETER, AND MUST BE PLACED PARALLEL TO THE ROAD.

THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE PASS PER STREET.
NO RETURN TRIPS WILL BE MADE.
