NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A BID OPENING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE TOWN OF SENECA FALLS BOARD AT THE TOWN HALL, 130 OVID STREET SENECA FALLS, NY 13148, ON TUESDAY APRIL 2, 2024.

FOR THE ANNUAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON A PER HOUR AND TONNAGE BASIS INCLUDING OPERATORS FOR VARIOUS ANTICIPATED TOWN PROJECTS. EXAMPLES OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDE GRADERS, BULLDOZERS, ROLLERS, EXCAVATORS, PAVERS, ETC. THE BID PRICES WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM JULY 1, 2024 THRU DECEMBER 31, 2024 ON AN ON-CALL BASIS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE TOWN HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST BE AVAILABLE ON TWO WEEKS NOTICE, GIVEN BY THE HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT.

BIDDING SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE, 130 OVID STREET SENECA FALLS NY 13148, AND ARE OBTAINED BY CONTACTING THE TOWN CLERK DURING REGUAL HOURS OF BUSINESS (MONDAY – FRIDAY 9 AM- 5 PM). ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED (BID- HEAVY EQUIPMENT) AND MUST BE RETURNED TO THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE BY 5 PM ON TUESDAY APRIL 2, 2024.

THE TOWN OF SENECA FALLS RESERVSE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS NOT CONFORMING TO THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS.
