Beginning, June 29, 2021, you can pay fines, fees and surcharges for vehicle and traffic cases on an installment payment plan with no extra charges or interest.
The Seneca Falls Town Court continues to observe the NYS Unified Court System’s COVID-19 protocols until further notice. Every person entering the Court building is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Comments closedOn June 12, 2020, Governor Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order directing municipalities that employ police officers to actively engage stakeholders in the local community and develop locally approved plans for the strategies, policies and procedures of local police agencies. In accordance with this order, the Seneca Falls Police Department in conjunction with the Seneca County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Villages of Waterloo, and Interlaken, enthusiastically entered a collaborative county wide process to obtain stakeholder and community involvement. This plan is reflective of community stakeholders and community feedback directly from the community forum and survey.
