Town Seeks Request for Proposals for Real Estate Sale of 10 Fall Street property

The Town of Seneca Falls is offering for sale real property located at 10 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY; Tax Map ID # 12-1-17.2. The property consists of 1.4 acres and is improved with a two-story office building containing approximately 9680 square feet. There is an approximately 40’x 30’ outbuilding that the Town will subdivide from the parcel and retain. The property is serviced by municipal water and sewer and fronts on Van Cleef Lake in the heart of the Seneca Falls business district. RFP – 10 Fall Street

Please take notice that the Fire District Board of Commissioner’s meeting for the Bridgeport Fire District of the Town of Seneca Falls, County of Seneca, New York, previously scheduled for 7:00 P.M, September 14, 2021 at 2528 Lower Lake Road, Seneca Falls, New York has been rescheduled and held at a different location. It will now be held on September 14, 2021 at 6:30 pm at 43 West Bayard St. This notification is being given to the news media pursuant to the provisions of Section 94 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York.
