This annual report is used to track municipal buildings’ energy performance and is created in compliance with a passed Resolution on August 19, 2020. Comparisons between annual reports can provide insights into energy use, including potential cost savings. This report includes only municipal buildings larger than 1,000 sq. ft.

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Seneca Falls, New York, will be held on the 15th day of June, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Seneca Falls Town Office, 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, New York for the purpose of discussing the employment history of a particular person and matters leading to the appointment or employment of a particular person, which will be conducted in executive session pursuant to Public Officer’s Law section 105(f).

Town Highway department seeking MEO Light position

The Town of Seneca Falls is currently seeking to fill an MEO Light position within the Highway Department. Qualified applicants are strongly encouraged to apply by June 2, 2022.

Town Assessor announces Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll & Grievance Day

The Town of Seneca Falls Assessor’s office has completed the 2022 Tentative Assessment Roll and it is now available for viewing or examination through May 31, 2022 and on select dates by appointment with the Town Assessor.  The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 24 to hear and examine all complaints (in relation to assessment on the application), of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved.

Notice concerning the examination of assessment inventory and valuation data (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law).

Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. The data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of Seneca Falls which will be filed on or before May 1st. The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Assessor’s office at 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, NY.

An appointment to review the assessment information may be made by calling the Assessor at 315-568-9700.
