  • Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Rehabilitation Project

    The Town of Seneca Falls will be undergoing rehabilitation of sidewalks beginning June 1st to November 2021, in select areas. The project is Phase II of the Safe Routes to School Program.


  • 2021 Tax Season

    The 2021 tax season has ended. Please check back for information on the 2022 tax year or contact the Tax Receiver.


  • Spring 2021 Leaf & Lawn Collection

    The Town of Seneca Falls Highway Department will have a 1 day only leaf & lawn clipping collection on Monday, May 24th, 2021. Paper leaf bags are available for purchase at the Highway Department located at 187 Ovid Street during business hours. 5 bags for $2.00.


  • Mask Policy Notice

    As of September 20, 2021, the Town of Seneca Falls Municipal Building & Seneca Falls Community Center require ALL Staff, Visitors & Vendors to wear a mask while conducting business in the premises.


  • Collection Notice

    Refuse Collection was interrupted today 7/29 due to mechanical failure. Collection will resume tomorrow 7/30. Thank you for your patience.


  • Fines, Fees, and Surcharges Notice

    Beginning, June 29, 2021, you can pay fines, fees and surcharges for vehicle and traffic cases on an installment payment plan with no extra charges or interest. The Seneca Falls Town Court continues to observe the NYS Unified Court System’s COVID-19 protocols until further notice. Every person entering the Court building is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

  • Seneca Falls Police Reform Plan

    On June 12, 2020, Governor Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order directing municipalities that employ police officers to actively engage stakeholders in the local community and develop locally approved plans for the strategies, policies and procedures of local police agencies. In accordance with this order, the Seneca Falls Police Department in conjunction with the Seneca County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Villages of Waterloo, and Interlaken, enthusiastically entered a collaborative county wide process to obtain stakeholder and community involvement. This Annual Report highlights the Department’s achievements throughout the year and delineates the Police Department’s statistics between 2019 and 2020. The Seneca Falls Police Department is comprised of highly trained men and women who are committed to ensuring the safety and security of all residents and visitors to our community. This commitment has never wavered. We continuously review our accredited agency’s operations and seek to improve the services we provide to the community, ensuring the community knows that they can depend on us to be there in their time of need.
