Applications & Forms

Prospective applicants are strongly advised to consult with the Town of Seneca Falls Office of Zoning & Code Enforcement before submitting their application so they can explain the approval process and make the applicants aware of regulations that apply to their projects. The Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals may be consulted when necessary prior to formal review.

Application Submission

For all Area Variance, Minor or Major Subdivision, Site Plan, Special Use Permit and Use Variance applications, please be sure to submit 11 copies of the completed application as required. An application without the required documents for consideration or applicable fees will be considered incomplete. Please remit these applications in-person or by postal mail to: Town of Seneca Falls, 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, Attention: Town Clerk Nicaletta Greer.

Please note that Zoning Permits** do not require multiple copies for submission. Zoning Permits may be submitted in-person or electronically to sfzoning@senecafalls.com, or via postal mail. Approved Permits will not be issued until payment is received.

Application Fees

Application fees are due at the time a complete application is submitted for review. Payments by check are payable to: Town of Seneca Falls, 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, New York 13148.

Property Information

To find information about a particular property including tax map numbers, acreage, zoning information, and more, please follow the link below to access Seneca County’s publicly available online property mapping software program called SDG Image Mate.

Once there, scroll down and click on “Public Access.” The software will allow searches by address or tax map number and also by the location on the map.
