Comprehensive Plan Update 2040
ADVANCE Seneca Falls 2040 is the Town’s 15 year outlook- it guides our community over the long term. A comprehensive plan is a vision for the future It articulates the goals and policies set forth and provides the Town guidance in which to achieve these goals.
Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI)
In the 2022 Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) the Town of Seneca Falls was awarded funding, provided on behalf of Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) and the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) of New York State, to establish a Downtown Improvement Fund (DIF).
The DRI transforms downtown neighborhoods into vibrant centers that offer a high quality of life and are magnets for redevelopment, business, job creation, and economic and housing diversity.
Downtown Building Improvement Fund
The Seneca Falls DRI Building Improvement Fund is a component of the DRI in which to preserve and renovate historic downtown buildings, beautify downtown buildings, help stimulate entrepreneurism, and promote mixed-income residential uses including upper-floor units within the DRI boundary.
Microenterprise Assistance Program (MAP)
The Town of Seneca Falls Microenterprise Assistance Program (MAP) is coming soon, which could potentially provide you with grant funding you need for starting or growing your business venture.
