REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – SECURITY/FIRE ALARM CONTRACTOR FOR TOWN OF SENECA FALLS 

OVERVIEW:
The Town of Seneca Falls is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified security/fire system contractors to provide professional services including design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring services for all town owned property and buildings as requested. The Town of Seneca Falls will review and evaluate the proposals to select a single contractor. Qualified Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION (SOQ):

The SOQ response shall include the following: 

  1. Provide your company overview, including the size, location(s), overview of general services provided, etc.
  2. Confirmation that the proposer is licensed to perform work on security/fire systems in the State of New York. 
  3. Provide a list of other communities or business that you have installed systems, and support. 
  4. Provide a copy of proposed fees/rates for work that will be completed in the Town of Seneca Falls. This includes monthly fees for monitoring. 

    The contractor will be selected by the Town Board based on the information presented.

    Please provide a copy of your qualifications and related materials via electronic or hard copy by Monday June 10th, 2024. Proposals may be transmitted electronically in a PDF format.
