Set Up Town Services

The Town of Seneca Falls Sewer & Water Department is located at Town Hall, 130 Ovid Street. There, customers set up a new account, transfer or discontinue service, and pay their town utility (water & sewer) bill. Service requests are completed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding town Holidays.

If you would like to connect new service for new construction, simply turn existing service on or off, transfer service in your name, or upgrade or relocate service, please contact NYSEG online for more information.
