Seneca Falls Water & Sewer Department Announces New Customer Billing System set for March

Please be advised that beginning in March 2022, the Town of Seneca Falls will be implementing a new billing system for monthly and quarterly water/sewer invoicing.  Please note that all balances will remain payable to the Town of Seneca Falls.

Your upcoming invoice will look new and improved!  Beginning with the new bill in March:

  • You will continue to have access to pay bills online
  • Online payment information will always be shown on your bill
  • A Service Fee will apply for online payments

And, we are introducing two new features: Paperless Billing and Automatic Payment Withdraws!

You can count on – your monthly and quarterly invoices to include the same charges, the rates for each service will remain the same, and all customer account numbers will not change.
