This year marks the 175th anniversary of the founding of Goulds Pumps long history in manufacturing in Seneca Falls. Now known as ITT Goulds Pumps when the companies merged in 1997, the Seneca Falls Town Board recognized the pump manufacturers enduring legacy in the community with a presentation of proclamation.
Supervisor Ferrara read aloud a noted history attributing to the settlement and industrialization of the village dating back to the 1800’s. On behalf of ITT Goulds Pumps Seneca Falls, Director of IP Operations Matt Anderson was in attendance to accept the honor.
